Ordering Information

Placing an Order:

Online ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the website and then follow the subsequent instructions

Online Product Availability:

We make every effort to insure that the online inventory is accurate and up to date. If we are out of stock in an item you have ordered we will notify you via email and adjust your order accordingly. Items at shopcami.com are offered on an as available basis.

Sales Tax:

Shopcami.com charges sales tax for items shipped within the state of California. For orders that are shipped outside of California, no sales tax will be charged.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

You may change or cancel your order prior to the order being shipped. (In many cases we ship the same day the order is placed) Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@shopcami.com to change or cancel an order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Once your package is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment and in most cases a link for tracking information.
