Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchases at Cami.  Should the need arise for you to return or exchange an item the following is the Return/Exchange Policy.  If you have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@shopcami.com.

 

Prior to returning any product purchased at Cami, you must contact us at returns@shopcami.com of your intention to return or exchange an item.  All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt.  Below is the policy for returns or exchanges.

  • All returns should be sent to CAMI – Returns, 1146 Highland Avenue Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
  • Sale items may be returned for store credit only.   
  • Clearance items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Items that are on Clearance will be indicated as such on the product description page.
  • All returns should be insured for the cost of the merchandise.  Cami will not be responsible for lost packages. Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and must have the original tags attached.
  • Cami will inspect all returned merchandise and at our discretion accept or deny your return/exchange request.
  • Once a return has been accepted, a credit will be issued to your credit card for the full purchase price less any shipping charges paid by the customer.  Credits to credit cards will only be issued for full price items.  If your return was a Sale item, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase price less any shipping charges paid by the customer. 
  • In the event your return is denied for any reason, Cami will return the merchandise back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Shoes, Lingerie, Handbags, Jewelry or Leather Goods.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Cami.

    Shopcami.com does not assume responsibility for faulty or damaged goods after the 14 day return period has passed. If a manufacturing defect has occurred, we will attempt to assist you in obtaining a return authorization from the manufacturer. Shopcami.com will not be responsible for the shipping and handling of the item.
